Q: Do my two $750.00 deposits go towards my total package invoice or are they an additional entry fee?
A: No, they are not an additional fee. Your first and second deposits are applied to your total package balance.

Q: What if I do not know the exact number of players that I will be bringing when I register? Can I change this number at a later date?
A: Yes. You may add or delete players from your roster at any time prior to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date without any penalty. Any changes that are made inside of 30 days will be subject to cancellation fees (see your official housing contract for fees and schedule). It is very important that the coach or team representative read and understand the housing contract prior to signing it and communicates all changes to our housing director as they occur.

Q: Can I bring both my JV and varsity teams to Cocoa Beach Softball?
A: Yes. Space Coast Softball will create a practice and game schedule for both teams and the best part is that since we do not charge an entry fee you do not have to pay any extra fees to bring both teams.

Q: Can I upgrade my teams participant package and stay at the beach?
A: Yes. Space Coast Softball offers beach packages. For more information about the ultimate beach and softball  package contact our housing office at 855-386-3836.

Q. How far is Chain of Lakes Park from the hotel accommodations?
A. The park is located 29 miles (35 minute drive time) from the mainland hotels in Cocoa, 11 miles (15 minute drive time)  from the mainland hotels in Titusville and 30 -39 miles (35 – 40 minute drive time) from the Cocoa Beach hotels.

Q. Will our team need to have our own transportation?
A. Yes, your team is responsible for transportation. We recommend that teams contact U-Save Auto Rental at 888-819-2067 for their transportation needs. They rent 15 and 7 passenger vans at very reasonable rates. Arrangements can also be made with them to pick you up at the airport with your vans.

Q: If I choose a package with meals, where will we eat our meals?
A: Breakfast will be at your hotel provided that you choose accommodations that offer breakfast as part of your Space Coast Softball package (check with our housing director to make sure your package includes breakfast).

Q: Do I bring my own balls for games?
A:
Yes, please bring three new balls to each game. Teams must provide their own catching gear, gloves, bats, practice balls, helmets, etc.

Q: How many games and practices can I get while I am there?
A:
Each coach will be sent a schedule request form to fill out. On this form you can request games and full field practices.  We do our very best to make sure that our teams get all of the time they request. It is very important for high school teams to check with their state associations to make sure that they are in compliance with their state rules concerning games/scrimmages.

Q: Will our fans have to pay to see us play like at Disney and Cocoa Expo?
A: No. There is no admission charge to get into Chain of Lakes Park to watch the games.

Q: Who needs to purchase a Space Coast Softball participant package?
A: All players, coaches trainers and team staff need to purchase one of our package options in order to participate. All teams will be required to provide a rooming list to Space Coast Softball prior to their arrival and this list will be checked to verify the total number of participants.
