  • For a private coach’s room please call our housing for the rate.
  • Coaches are housed 2 per room at double occupancy rate.
  • Schedules are not confirmed until deposits are paid. Schedules are sent out 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • All spring training packages include:
    • One Free Coach for every 16 players with 5 nights double occupancy
    • Hotel Accommodations
    • Scheduled use of practice fields
    • Game/scrimmage schedule based on coaches request
    • Umpires
  • In order to receive the multiple team discount each team must represent a different sport (baseball, softball, lacrosse or soccer). Varsity and junior varsity constitutes one team.
  • Varsity and Junior Varsity teams are welcome.
  • Applications must be accompanied with a check in the amount of $750.00 as an initial deposit for spring training. Please send your application as early as possible. No reservation will be held without a deposit of $750.
  • A non-refundable, second deposit in the amount of $750 is due by January 1.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY – Teams that submit a deposit, but are unable to attend, will receive a 50% refund of their initial deposit provided that written cancellation
    before January 1. Teams that cancel after January 1, will not receive any of their deposit money back.
  • The teams balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival with a check, or wire transfer. IF PAYMENT IS MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD, THERE WILL BE 3% SURCHARGE TO THE INVOICE . There is no fee for ACH payments. There will be a $25 charge for each wire transfer.
  • Please read and be aware of the cancellation policy on your housing contract when you receive it.
  • Florida tax exempt certificate, received by the Florida Department of Revenue, must be submitted to Cocoa Beach Spring Training, no later than 2 weeks prior to your teams arrival.
  • A registration fee of $295 per application will be added to your invoice.
